You: Shoulder is sore after yesterday's six-game tournament. Can you take the pressing out of Wednesday's session?
Your coach: Done. Wednesday's landmine press is out, the 90/90 external rotations and Y-T-Ws stay, and I added rows and pulldowns in its place.

The problem

Why generic gym plans miss the mark

01

Too heavy, too slow

Standard gym plans build slow strength. They skip the split-step and two-step shuffle drills you need to cover the kitchen line and reach the wide dink.

02

Ignoring the Achilles and elbow

General fitness routines do not program eccentric heel drops or 90/90 shoulder work to handle the repetitive stress of racket sports and long days on the court.

03

Wrong fuel for game day

Eating standard bodybuilding meals leaves you heavy and sluggish on the court. You need a fueling strategy built for a six-game hot afternoon.

The method

How your coach builds the plan

01

Joint durability first

The plan works alongside your clinician to manage repetitive court stress. It programs eccentric wrist and heel work to build the body under your swing.

RulePain logged in your daily check-in can lighten your next session.

02

Movement before weight

You train the sport the way it is played: split steps, shuffles, single-leg balance with head turns and hop-and-stick landings for the lob that goes over you.

RuleReps to the top of the range first, then load, then complexity.

03

Tournament day fueling

Your nutrition plan is built around a daily protein target scaled to your bodyweight. It fuels the effort without leaving you heavy during match play.

RuleYou eat four meals a day with a light pre-court plate.

04

Fits your court schedule

You do not need to give up court time to train. Strength days start on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and you can move any of them in chat to keep your legs fresh for matches.

RuleThree strength sessions a week, plus 10-minute primers on court days.

Your week

A week on the plan

Sessions start on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Move any of them in chat around your court days, once or every week.

  1. Mon: Kitchen-Line Quickness and Lateral Power(Train)
  2. Tue: Court Day(Active)
  3. Wed: Shoulder, Elbow and Wrist Durability(Train)
  4. Thu: Court Day(Active)
  5. Fri: Third-Game Engine(Train)
  6. Sat: Tournament / Play Day(Active)
  7. Sun: Walk, Calf and Ankle Care(Active)

Built to adapt

A plan that moves when your week does.

It reads your recovery

Connect Apple Health or Health Connect. When sleep, HRV or resting heart rate say you are under-recovered, today's session gets lighter. Planned deloads follow your coach's schedule, and you can ask for one in chat.

Chat that changes the plan

Travelling, sore, short on time, missed a meal: tell your coach at any hour. It rebuilds the week or re-portions the day, and confirms the change in chat.

Check-ins it acts on

Daily check-ins and progress photos go to your coach, and your plan is adjusted from what actually happened, not what was scheduled.

Is it for you

Who this coach is built for.

Built for

  • Rec players on court multiple days a week who want to stay out of the physio office
  • Tournament players who need the legs and aerobic base for a full bracket day
  • Players over 60 who want balance, mobility and confidence at the line

Pick another coach if

  • Anyone with a recent Achilles rupture or rotator cuff surgery without clearance from a clinician
  • Players wanting paddle technique lessons — this builds the body, not the swing

Questions

Straight answers.

Something else? Ask your coach in chat once you are in. It answers at any hour.

Do I need a full gym for this plan?

Sessions use dumbbells, bands, a step, a bench, a kettlebell and a medicine ball, and the landmine press has an incline push-up option. Missing something? Swap that exercise in chat.

Will this make me too sore to play my regular games?

The coach reads your Apple Health or Health Connect data and tracks your training fatigue. It makes today's session lighter when recovery is low, so you stay fresh for the court.

How long are the workouts?

Strength sessions take up to 50 minutes and the court-day primer about 10. The three workouts start on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and you can move them in chat around your court days.

What if I miss a meal or a workout?

You just tell your coach in the 24/7 chat. It will rebuild your training week or re-portion the rest of your four daily meals to keep you on target.

Does this replace my physical therapist?

No. This coach provides fitness and wellness guidance only. It works alongside your clinician by programming durability work, but it is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

What do I get for free?

Your account is free — browse coaches, explore the app, and connect with a coach. Each AI coach is a monthly subscription (priced by coach); cancel anytime in a tap.

Is this a real coach or an AI?

It's an AI coach built on a real training methodology for this exact niche. It writes your plans, adjusts them from your check-ins and progress, and answers questions any time — no waiting for office hours.

What if it doesn't fit my situation?

Your plan is built from YOUR intake — goals, schedule, equipment, injuries, preferences. If something doesn't fit, tell your coach in chat and it adjusts. And you can cancel any subscription anytime.
