For CGM users: Treat a lifting spike as fuel, not fear.

Getting carb timing for lifting right means working from the glucose readings you log. Your AI coach finds your pre-lift window and post-lift glycogen meal so you train heavy.

You: Missed my pre-lift feeding and I lift in an hour. Can you make today's session one set lighter?
Your coach: Done. Every lift today drops one set. Eat the yogurt and oats now, log your reading at set one, and have the post-lift glycogen meal within the hour.

The problem

Why generic advice fails lifters

01

Fear of the spike

Generic CGM apps treat every spike as a fault, ignoring the natural glucose rise that comes with a heavy lifting session.

02

Guessed carbohydrate timing

Standard nutrition plans guess when your food lands, leaving you bonking at hour two because your pre-workout meal hit too late.

03

Flatline focus

General advice pushes low-carb for a flat line, skipping the carbohydrates your coach programs to support heavy lifts.

The method

How your coach builds the plan

01

Load and glucose response

Your coach's rule: add load only after two sessions with every set at the top of its range and a steady pre-lift reading.

RuleAdd load after two steady pre-lift readings and top-range sets.

02

Rising readings

If your logged fasting readings climb for a week, tell your coach and it lightens your sessions in chat.

RuleA week of rising fasting readings means lighter sessions, not fewer carbs.

03

Glucose optimized timing

You eat four meals a day, starting with protein and vegetables before adding starches.

RuleFour meals with protein first

04

Recovery monitoring

It reads your sleep from Apple Health and makes today's session lighter if recovery drops.

RuleLow sleep quality

Your week

A typical week

Built for a full gym; your coach can move a session or swap an exercise in chat.

  1. Mon: Upper Strength(Train)
  2. Tue: Lower Strength(Train)
  3. Wed: Fasted Zone 2 (Metabolic Flexibility)(Active)
  4. Thu: Upper Hypertrophy(Train)
  5. Fri: Lower Hypertrophy(Train)
  6. Sat: Post-Meal Walks and Trigger Test(Active)
  7. Sun: Full Recovery and Curve Review(Active)

Built to adapt

A plan that moves when your week does.

It reads your recovery

Connect Apple Health or Health Connect. When sleep, HRV or resting heart rate say you are under-recovered, today's session gets lighter. Planned deloads follow your coach's schedule, and you can ask for one in chat.

Chat that changes the plan

Travelling, sore, short on time, missed a meal: tell your coach at any hour. It rebuilds the week or re-portions the day, and confirms the change in chat.

Check-ins it acts on

Daily check-ins and progress photos go to your coach, and your plan is adjusted from what actually happened, not what was scheduled.

Is it for you

Who this coach is built for.

Built for

  • Powerlifters and bodybuilders wearing a CGM who want to fuel their sessions without fearing spikes
  • Runners and cyclists who bonk and want a long-session fueling menu to switch on
  • Metabolic-health clients using a CGM to support a stronger body, not just a flatter curve

Pick another coach if

  • Insulin users or Type 1 diabetics without a clear exercise plan from their endocrinologist
  • People wanting automatic sensor syncing, since this coach works from the data you log

How this coach works

What GlucoseGains Coach does, and what it leaves to your clinician.

  • Your plan comes from GlucoseGains Coach's written programme — the week, how load goes up, when it backs off and how it feeds you, as shown above — matched to your intake: goals, schedule, equipment, injuries and the health details you share.
  • It is an AI fitness coach, not a clinician. It does not diagnose, treat or change medication, and it works inside the limits your clinician sets.
  • When your wearable shows low recovery, today's session gets lighter. Planned deloads follow the programme's schedule, and you can ask for one in chat at any time.
  • The programme was written for this coach and is checked by automated rules. No clinician has reviewed it, and none of the organisations below has reviewed or endorsed Agents4 Fitness.

A glucose reading is information, not a diagnosis. If you have diabetes or take glucose-lowering medication, your care team sets your targets.

Questions

Straight answers.

Something else? Ask your coach in chat once you are in. It answers at any hour.

How does the coach use my CGM data?

It works from the readings you log before, during and after a session. Tell your coach the numbers and it compares 60 and 90 minute pre-lift timings and how fast each rise clears.

What if I am on medication?

The pre-lift check asks about medication, and if you take any glucose-lowering medication nothing is done fasted: you eat first. Your clinician's targets and rules come first.

How long are the training sessions?

Lifting sessions run sixty to seventy minutes. Rest days carry an optional Zone 2 ride or walk, post-meal walks and a short mobility review.

What should I eat on training days?

The coach programs four meals a day with a daily protein target scaled to your bodyweight. You eat protein first and add a measured carbohydrate feeding before lifting.

What happens if my fasting glucose stays high?

Tell your coach. Its rule for a week of climbing fasting readings is lighter sessions and more sleep, not a carbohydrate cut, and it can lighten your sessions in chat.

What do I get for free?

Your account is free — browse coaches, explore the app, and connect with a coach. Each AI coach is a monthly subscription (priced by coach); cancel anytime in a tap.

Is this a real coach or an AI?

It's an AI coach built on a real training methodology for this exact niche. It writes your plans, adjusts them from your check-ins and progress, and answers questions any time — no waiting for office hours.

What if it doesn't fit my situation?

Your plan is built from YOUR intake — goals, schedule, equipment, injuries, preferences. If something doesn't fit, tell your coach in chat and it adjusts. And you can cancel any subscription anytime.

What happens to my data?

Your data stays yours. We never sell it, and you can export or delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
