You: My right shoulder hurts a little today after yesterday's long push.
Your coach: Today's pressing comes out and you'll do rows, lat pulldowns and cable external rotations instead. Discomfort that lasts two weeks goes to your clinician.

The problem

Generic plans ignore the chair

01

Built for standing

Most fitness apps assume you can use your legs for stability or cardio. You spend your time modifying exercises instead of training.

02

The shoulder trap

Standard upper-body plans program too much pressing. When you already push your chair all day, adding heavy presses without enough pulling leads to joint stress.

03

Forgotten details

Generic plans do not schedule pressure relief or plan meals around a bowel routine. You end up guessing your nutrition and risking your skin.

The method

How your coach builds your plan

01

Pull-dominant programming

Your coach builds every strength block to prioritize your back and rear delts, balancing the daily demands of propulsion and transfers.

RuleTwo pulls for every press in each strength session.

02

Seated cardio and power

Your plan includes functional conditioning through push sprints and transfer press-ups, keeping your heart rate up without needing a treadmill or bike.

RuleSessions are capped at 45 minutes to manage fatigue.

03

Built-in pressure relief

The coach writes pressure relief and skin checks directly into your schedule so you do not have to remember them.

RuleA red mark that won't fade means no session that day.

04

Nutrition for a seated day

Your menus are written for a seated day, with protein at every meal and warm, fiber-rich foods on recovery and bowel-program days.

RuleFour meals daily with protein scaled to your bodyweight.

Your week

A typical training week

Sessions land on these weekdays; ask your coach in chat to move one when you need rest.

  1. Mon: Pull-Dominant(Train)
  2. Tue: Seated Cardio(Train)
  3. Wed: Skin Check and Shoulder Mobility(Active)
  4. Thu: Push-Pull Balance(Train)
  5. Fri: Shoulder Armor(Train)
  6. Sat: Community Roll(Active)
  7. Sun: Full Recovery and Skin Check(Rest)

Built to adapt

A plan that moves when your week does.

It reads your recovery

Connect Apple Health or Health Connect. When sleep, HRV or resting heart rate say you are under-recovered, today's session gets lighter. Planned deloads follow your coach's schedule, and you can ask for one in chat.

Chat that changes the plan

Travelling, sore, short on time, missed a meal: tell your coach at any hour. It rebuilds the week or re-portions the day, and confirms the change in chat.

Check-ins it acts on

Daily check-ins and progress photos go to your coach, and your plan is adjusted from what actually happened, not what was scheduled.

How this coach works

What Wheelchair Warrior Athletics does, and what it leaves to your clinician.

  • Your plan comes from Wheelchair Warrior Athletics's written programme — the week, how load goes up, when it backs off and how it feeds you, as shown above — matched to your intake: goals, schedule, equipment, injuries and the health details you share.
  • It is an AI fitness coach, not a clinician. It does not diagnose, treat or change medication, and it works inside the limits your clinician sets.
  • When your wearable shows low recovery, today's session gets lighter. Planned deloads follow the programme's schedule, and you can ask for one in chat at any time.
  • The programme was written for this coach and is checked by automated rules. No clinician has reviewed it, and none of the organisations below has reviewed or endorsed Agents4 Fitness.

Your clinician manages your condition and any medication; your coach plans training and food inside the limits they set.

Questions

Straight answers.

Something else? Ask your coach in chat once you are in. It answers at any hour.

Do I need a fully accessible gym?

Not fully accessible, but some equipment helps: the program uses cables, a lat pulldown and a handcycle or arm ergometer. Training at home with bands and dumbbells? Ask your coach in chat to swap the cable moves.

What if I develop a pressure sore or spasticity increases?

An open sore or a red mark that has not faded stops the session: the check before each session sends you to your care team first. For more spasticity, ask your coach in chat for a deload week or a lighter session.

How does the nutrition plan work for wheelchair users?

You get four meals a day with protein scaled to your bodyweight and fiber-rich foods, plus a Recovery & Bowel-Program Day and a Competition / Long-Push Day. Calories follow the targets from your intake.

Are the workouts long?

Every strength session caps at 45 minutes. This manages training fatigue while ensuring you get the volume you need for propulsion and transfer strength.

What if my shoulders are already fatigued from daily pushing?

The program is built pull-first to balance daily pushing. If Apple Health shows low recovery, or you report fatigue, the coach makes today's session lighter.

What do I get for free?

Your account is free — browse coaches, explore the app, and connect with a coach. Each AI coach is a monthly subscription (priced by coach); cancel anytime in a tap.

Is this a real coach or an AI?

It's an AI coach built on a real training methodology for this exact niche. It writes your plans, adjusts them from your check-ins and progress, and answers questions any time — no waiting for office hours.

What if it doesn't fit my situation?

Your plan is built from YOUR intake — goals, schedule, equipment, injuries, preferences. If something doesn't fit, tell your coach in chat and it adjusts. And you can cancel any subscription anytime.
