You: I had a rough therapy session today and my appetite is completely gone.
Your coach: I hear you. I switched today to the Low-Appetite Day: small, frequent meals, like a smoothie you can sip, soup, or eggs at any hour. Today's session is yours to shorten or skip. The opening is there if you want it.

The problem

Why standard fitness plans fail here

01

Mandatory floor work

Generic classes tell you exactly where to be and what to feel. If lying on your back feels unsafe, the whole session stops working.

02

Sudden intensity spikes

Most programs rely on surprise circuits or sudden high heart rates. That unpredictability can feel like a threat rather than a workout.

03

Rigid diet rules

Strict fasting or calorie cutting adds one more rule to fight. Your coach plans four regular meals, with smaller menus for the days your appetite is gone.

The method

How your coach builds the plan

01

Predictable openings

Each session opens with the same steps, so you know how it starts before you move.

RuleEvery session opens the same way: look around, find the exits, breathe.

02

Standing by default

You decide your physical position for the movements programmed.

RuleStanding or seated options for everything; the floor is a choice.

03

Pendulation cardio

Heart rate increases are brief and controlled, followed by intentional returns.

RuleIntervals rise for one minute, then return to a steady state.

04

Regulating meals

Meals come at steady times, with smaller, softer menus for the days your appetite is gone.

Rule4 regular meals a day, with menus for low-appetite days.

Built to adapt

A plan that moves when your week does.

It reads your recovery

Connect Apple Health or Health Connect. When sleep, HRV or resting heart rate say you are under-recovered, today's session gets lighter. Planned deloads follow your coach's schedule, and you can ask for one in chat.

Chat that changes the plan

Travelling, sore, short on time, missed a meal: tell your coach at any hour. It rebuilds the week or re-portions the day, and confirms the change in chat.

Check-ins it acts on

Daily check-ins and progress photos go to your coach, and your plan is adjusted from what actually happened, not what was scheduled.

Is it for you

Who this coach is built for.

Built for

  • Veterans training alongside VA or private trauma care
  • Civilian survivors who want full body autonomy in every session
  • Anyone whose therapist suggested movement as a grounding tool

Pick another coach if

  • Anyone in acute crisis or with active suicidal thoughts: contact your clinician, a crisis line or emergency services first
  • People seeking a high-intensity or competitive program right now

How this coach works

What Resilient Movement does, and what it leaves to your clinician.

  • Your plan comes from Resilient Movement's written programme — the week, how load goes up, when it backs off and how it feeds you, as shown above — matched to your intake: goals, schedule, equipment, injuries and the health details you share.
  • It is an AI fitness coach, not a clinician. It does not diagnose, treat or change medication, and it works inside the limits your clinician sets.
  • When your wearable shows low recovery, today's session gets lighter. Planned deloads follow the programme's schedule, and you can ask for one in chat at any time.
  • The programme was written for this coach and is checked by automated rules. No clinician has reviewed it, and none of the organisations below has reviewed or endorsed Agents4 Fitness.

This coach is not therapy or a crisis service. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call your local emergency number now.

Questions

Straight answers.

Something else? Ask your coach in chat once you are in. It answers at any hour.

Do I need to be in therapy to use this?

This programming is built to sit alongside your clinician's care, not replace it. It works best when movement is one grounding tool among several in your broader recovery plan.

How long are the training sessions?

Your coach programs three sessions a week of 30 to 35 minutes. Rest days offer an optional walk, a seated yoga sequence and a short wind-down, and you may stop any set without explaining why.

What equipment do I need?

A chair, a wall or counter, a resistance band, a kettlebell or two weights for carries, and a medicine ball or a step. Missing something? Ask your coach in the chat to swap that exercise.

What happens if I sleep poorly?

The app reads your sleep and resting heart rate data from Apple Health or Health Connect. When your recovery is low, your coach automatically makes today's session lighter.

Do I have to track macros?

No. Your coach provides gentle structure with 4 meals a day and a daily protein target scaled to your bodyweight, focusing on regular eating rather than rigid tracking.

What do I get for free?

Your account is free — browse coaches, explore the app, and connect with a coach. Each AI coach is a monthly subscription (priced by coach); cancel anytime in a tap.

Is this a real coach or an AI?

It's an AI coach built on a real training methodology for this exact niche. It writes your plans, adjusts them from your check-ins and progress, and answers questions any time — no waiting for office hours.

What if it doesn't fit my situation?

Your plan is built from YOUR intake — goals, schedule, equipment, injuries, preferences. If something doesn't fit, tell your coach in chat and it adjusts. And you can cancel any subscription anytime.

What happens to my data?

Your data stays yours. We never sell it, and you can export or delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
