The problem

Why generic Pilates classes stall your progress

01

Random class sequences

Generic workouts jump between exercises instead of following the original classical mat repertoire order.

02

Ignored breath work

Follow-along videos often skip the precise breath cues required to engage your deep core on every rep.

03

Stalled progression

Drop-in studio classes cater to the room, leaving you without a clear path for spring resistance and tempo overload.

The method

The Sculpt & Flow method

01

Classical mat order

Your coach programs the original repertoire from the hundred to the saw, ensuring you build foundational control before adding complexity.

RuleFour weekly sessions run the classical order; Saturday screens your posture.

02

Reformer and band progression

Every movement includes a specific spring setting or a band alternative, using tempo and eccentric control to overload the muscles.

RuleEach Reformer move names its springs and a band or mat version.

03

Adjusted for your body

The cues name the swap when you need one, like a wall roll-down for the roll-up, and a low sleep or recovery reading makes the next session lighter.

RuleReads your sleep data to suggest lighter variations on tired days.

04

Pilates-aligned nutrition

A Mediterranean-light approach that hits a daily protein target scaled to your bodyweight, keeping you fueled without feeling heavy on the mat.

RulePrograms four daily meals with a light snack before your session.

Your week

A typical week on the mat

Every Reformer move has a band or mat version for days without the studio. Ask your coach in chat to move a session when your week changes.

  1. Mon: Powerhouse Mat Classical(Train)
  2. Tue: Spine Mobility and Breath(Active)
  3. Wed: Reformer or Band Sculpt(Train)
  4. Thu: Easy Walk and Hip Openers(Active)
  5. Fri: Side-Kick and Posterior Chain(Train)
  6. Sat: Posture Reset and Control(Train)

Built to adapt

A plan that moves when your week does.

It reads your recovery

Connect Apple Health or Health Connect. When sleep, HRV or resting heart rate say you are under-recovered, today's session gets lighter. Planned deloads follow your coach's schedule, and you can ask for one in chat.

Chat that changes the plan

Travelling, sore, short on time, missed a meal: tell your coach at any hour. It rebuilds the week or re-portions the day, and confirms the change in chat.

Check-ins it acts on

Daily check-ins and progress photos go to your coach, and your plan is adjusted from what actually happened, not what was scheduled.

Questions

Straight answers.

Something else? Ask your coach in chat once you are in. It answers at any hour.

Do I need a Reformer to do this program?

No. Every Reformer move lists a band or mat version, so a mat, a resistance band and a small ball cover the whole week at home.

I have diagnosed osteoporosis. Can I use this coach?

You must get your clinician's clearance first. Once cleared, you can ask the coach to swap out spinal flexion work for extension and stabilization exercises that align with your clinician's guidelines.

How long is each Pilates session?

Sessions take up to 50 minutes. The plan includes four coached sessions a week, and rest days carry ten minutes of optional spinal mobility.

What should I eat before my session?

The coach programs four meals a day and recommends avoiding heavy meals within 90 minutes of Pilates. It suggests a light pre-session snack, like fruit and yogurt, if you need energy before hitting the mat.

What happens if I sleep poorly and feel too tired for a full session?

The app reads your sleep data from Apple Health or Health Connect. If your recovery is low, the coach adjusts your plan and makes today's session lighter so you can still move without overreaching.

What do I get for free?

Your account is free — browse coaches, explore the app, and connect with a coach. Each AI coach is a monthly subscription (priced by coach); cancel anytime in a tap.

Is this a real coach or an AI?

It's an AI coach built on a real training methodology for this exact niche. It writes your plans, adjusts them from your check-ins and progress, and answers questions any time — no waiting for office hours.

What if it doesn't fit my situation?

Your plan is built from YOUR intake — goals, schedule, equipment, injuries, preferences. If something doesn't fit, tell your coach in chat and it adjusts. And you can cancel any subscription anytime.

What happens to my data?
