You: No Reformer today, just my mat and a band.
Your coach: Done. Today's Spring Strength runs on your mat and band: each Reformer exercise swaps to the band version written next to it, in the same order.

The problem

Why generic routines fail

01

Random mat routines

Generic videos string together movements without a classical order or proper breath cues for each count.

02

Ignored spring tension

Standard plans treat Reformer springs as an afterthought instead of naming a setting for every exercise.

03

Missed tempo work

Most routines ignore the pacing of your repetitions, missing the low-impact cardio challenge of a set beat.

The method

How the method works

01

Spring and tempo progression

Every Reformer exercise names its springs, and every flow is paced to a set BPM, one movement per two beats at mid-tempo.

RuleChange one thing at a time: springs, then tempo, then holds.

02

Scheduled recovery

Thursday's walk and Sunday's rest or easy hike sit between the harder sessions, and Saturday is the slower length-and-posture class.

RuleEvery four weeks, your coach programs a lighter deload block.

03

Health data integration

The plan adjusts to your daily recovery metrics and resting heart rate.

RuleIf your sleep data drops, your coach dials back today's session.

04

Korean bapsang nutrition

Your food plan is a Korean table: rice, soup, a protein main, banchan and kimchi.

RuleFour daily meals built on the Korean bapsang with a protein target.

Your week

A typical week

Every Reformer exercise carries a band or mat version. Ask your coach in chat to move a session when your week changes.

  1. Mon: Mat Foundations(Train)
  2. Tue: Mid-Tempo Flow(Train)
  3. Wed: Spring Strength(Train)
  4. Thu: Korean Daily Walk(Active)
  5. Fri: Dynamic Tempo(Train)
  6. Sat: Length and Posture(Train)
  7. Sun: Full Recovery or Hike(Active)

Built to adapt

A plan that moves when your week does.

It reads your recovery

Connect Apple Health or Health Connect. When sleep, HRV or resting heart rate say you are under-recovered, today's session gets lighter. Planned deloads follow your coach's schedule, and you can ask for one in chat.

Chat that changes the plan

Travelling, sore, short on time, missed a meal: tell your coach at any hour. It rebuilds the week or re-portions the day, and confirms the change in chat.

Check-ins it acts on

Daily check-ins and progress photos go to your coach, and your plan is adjusted from what actually happened, not what was scheduled.

Questions

Straight answers.

Something else? Ask your coach in chat once you are in. It answers at any hour.

Do I need a Reformer for this plan?

No. Every Reformer exercise lists its springs and a band or mat version, and Monday, Tuesday and Saturday are mat sessions.

How long is each daily session?

Each of the five weekly sessions runs 40 minutes, a little longer on Wednesday and Friday, plus an optional Thursday walk and a Sunday hike or rest.

What if I am sore or fatigued?

The coach reads your health data. If you log high fatigue for three days, it automatically triggers a lighter deload period.

What kind of nutrition does the coach program?

You get four meals a day based on the Korean bapsang. This includes a rice base, soup, a daily protein target scaled to your bodyweight, and kimchi.

Does this include any cardio?

Yes. The dynamic tempo sessions pace your standing series and jump board work to a 128-140 BPM track for low-impact cardio.

What do I get for free?

Your account is free — browse coaches, explore the app, and connect with a coach. Each AI coach is a monthly subscription (priced by coach); cancel anytime in a tap.

Is this a real coach or an AI?

It's an AI coach built on a real training methodology for this exact niche. It writes your plans, adjusts them from your check-ins and progress, and answers questions any time — no waiting for office hours.

What if it doesn't fit my situation?

Your plan is built from YOUR intake — goals, schedule, equipment, injuries, preferences. If something doesn't fit, tell your coach in chat and it adjusts. And you can cancel any subscription anytime.

What happens to my data?

Your data stays yours. We never sell it, and you can export or delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
