You: The baby was up all night. I got maybe three hours of sleep.
Your coach: Rough night. Today's session goes lighter: one set less on each lift at an easier effort, and it still counts. Nothing moves to tomorrow.

The problem

Why standard programs fail new dads

01

Time is an illusion

Standard programs demand an hour you do not have. When the baby wakes up early, a long session gets cut short and leaves you frustrated.

02

Ignoring sleep debt

Running on a few hours of sleep makes heavy lifting unrealistic. Following a standard progression on four hours of rest ignores your actual physical state.

03

Complicated nutrition

Strict meal timing falls apart with a newborn. Trying to prep complex recipes fails when you only have one free hand and a few minutes.

The method

How DadBod Destroyer works

01

Nap-window strength

Your coach programs three 20-minute home sessions a week. When the baby monitor lights up, you stop the workout without guilt.

RuleTwo-minute setup, nothing that makes noise, stop when the monitor lights up.

02

The red-night rule

DadBod Destroyer reads your sleep data from Apple Health. When you run on broken sleep, the plan shifts to match what you can handle.

RuleUnder four hours of sleep, you do two exercises and stop.

03

One-handed meals

Meal timing is a luxury you do not have right now. Your coach builds a menu the whole house can eat, portioned out for you.

RuleFour daily meals with a protein target scaled to your bodyweight.

04

Built-in recovery

A sick-baby week is one message away: ask your coach in the chat for a deload week. Scheduled deload weeks give your body a break from training and daily life.

RuleDeloads trigger every four weeks or after three nights poor sleep.

Your week

A typical week

Sessions sit on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; move any of them to another day in the chat.

  1. Mon: Nap-Window Strength(Train)
  2. Tue: Baby-Carrier Walk(Active)
  3. Wed: Hinge and Carry(Train)
  4. Thu: Stroller Intervals(Active)
  5. Fri: Silent Circuit(Train)
  6. Sat: Family Walk and Baby-Hold Squats(Active)
  7. Sun: Survival Reset and Batch Cook(Active)

Built to adapt

A plan that moves when your week does.

It reads your recovery

Connect Apple Health or Health Connect. When sleep, HRV or resting heart rate say you are under-recovered, today's session gets lighter. Planned deloads follow your coach's schedule, and you can ask for one in chat.

Chat that changes the plan

Travelling, sore, short on time, missed a meal: tell your coach at any hour. It rebuilds the week or re-portions the day, and confirms the change in chat.

Check-ins it acts on

Daily check-ins and progress photos go to your coach, and your plan is adjusted from what actually happened, not what was scheduled.

Questions

Straight answers.

Something else? Ask your coach in chat once you are in. It answers at any hour.

What if the baby wakes up in the middle of a session?

The 20-minute sessions are built to pause. You do what you can, stop when you need to, and pick it up later or call it a day without guilt.

Do I need a full home gym?

No. The plan uses a dumbbell or two, a kettlebell and a band, plus the couch and the bottom stair. Missing something? Ask your coach in the chat to swap that exercise.

How does the coach handle sleep deprivation?

Before each session a sleep check asks how many hours you slept. Under four, it gives you the red-night rule: do the first two exercises and stop. Your coach also reads sleep from Apple Health or Health Connect and lightens the next session after a short night.

I have no time to cook separate meals. What about food?

Your nutrition plan is built around four daily meals the whole family can eat. The focus is on total daily protein and calories, eating whenever the baby sleeps.

What happens when we have a sick baby week?

You can tell your coach in the chat. The system will trigger a deload week to lower your training fatigue while you handle parenting stress.

What do I get for free?

Your account is free — browse coaches, explore the app, and connect with a coach. Each AI coach is a monthly subscription (priced by coach); cancel anytime in a tap.

Is this a real coach or an AI?

It's an AI coach built on a real training methodology for this exact niche. It writes your plans, adjusts them from your check-ins and progress, and answers questions any time — no waiting for office hours.

What if it doesn't fit my situation?

Your plan is built from YOUR intake — goals, schedule, equipment, injuries, preferences. If something doesn't fit, tell your coach in chat and it adjusts. And you can cancel any subscription anytime.

What happens to my data?
