The problem
01
Most step challenges favor the marathoners in the office. Beginners get left behind by week two.
02
HR leads spend hours managing leaderboards and integrations instead of actually participating in the program.
03
Asking a busy department to find a gym for an hour a day means most people quit by Friday.
The method
01
The Friday Rep Challenge counts the same four moves at the same standard every week, so the number to beat is your own last Friday.
RuleAim for 10 percent more reps than last Friday.
02
A menu designed for the corporate cafeteria and busy workdays.
RulePrograms four meals with a daily protein target scaled to your bodyweight.
03
Workouts scale from desk push-ups to advanced variations for mixed-fitness groups.
RulePrograms three 25-minute bodyweight sessions a week requiring zero equipment.
04
A rough night or high fatigue in your check-in makes the next session lighter, and step days keep the streak alive on low-energy days.
RuleEvery four weeks, your coach programs a lighter week to shed fatigue.
Your week
Sessions sit on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Ask your coach in chat to move one around your meetings.
Built to adapt
Connect Apple Health or Health Connect. When sleep, HRV or resting heart rate say you are under-recovered, today's session gets lighter. Planned deloads follow your coach's schedule, and you can ask for one in chat.
Travelling, sore, short on time, missed a meal: tell your coach at any hour. It rebuilds the week or re-portions the day, and confirms the change in chat.
Daily check-ins and progress photos go to your coach, and your plan is adjusted from what actually happened, not what was scheduled.

Questions
Something else? Ask your coach in chat once you are in. It answers at any hour.
No. The three weekly sessions are bodyweight, using a desk, a chair and the floor: push-ups scale from the desk to a chair seat to the floor.
Members use a self-scored system. They earn 10 points per completed session, 5 per step day, and streak bonuses, sharing their totals however your team already communicates.
Every member gets the same Monday, Wednesday and Friday sessions, done whenever the shift allows that day. Anyone can ask the coach in chat to move a session to another day.
Your coach writes four meals a day with portions sized to your targets, and the Cafeteria Day note gives a hand-portion rule for any counter. On catering days, switch to the Office-Event Day menu in the app.
Missed days restart the streak, not the challenge. Every four weeks your coach programs a lighter week, and anyone can ask for one sooner in chat.
Your account is free — browse coaches, explore the app, and connect with a coach. Each AI coach is a monthly subscription (priced by coach); cancel anytime in a tap.
It's an AI coach built on a real training methodology for this exact niche. It writes your plans, adjusts them from your check-ins and progress, and answers questions any time — no waiting for office hours.
Your plan is built from YOUR intake — goals, schedule, equipment, injuries, preferences. If something doesn't fit, tell your coach in chat and it adjusts. And you can cancel any subscription anytime.
