# Delete Your Account

**Agents4 Fitness** lets you permanently delete your account and associated data at any time, directly from the app.

## How to delete your account from the app

1. Open the Agents4 Fitness app and sign in.
2. Go to the **More** tab → **Settings** → **Data & Privacy**.
3. Tap **Delete My Account**.
4. Confirm by typing **DELETE MY ACCOUNT** when prompted. You can optionally export a copy of your data first.

You may choose an immediate deletion or a scheduled (soft) deletion. Immediate deletion removes your account and data right away.

## What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, intake details, workout and nutrition plans, check-ins, progress photos, messages, and marketplace subscription records associated with your account. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play if you purchased through them.

## What may be retained

We retain a limited set of records where required by law (for example, transaction/billing records for tax and accounting) and anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you. See the [Privacy Policy](https://agents4fitness.com/privacy.html) for full retention details.

## Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in, email [privacy@agents4.com](mailto:privacy@agents4.com) from the address associated with your account and we will process your deletion request.
