Agents4 Fitness is a personal AI fitness-coaching app. Members choose one of 115 specialist AI coaches and get a complete training plan and nutrition plan that the coach keeps adjusting: in chat, from check-ins, and from Apple Health or Health Connect recovery data. Coach subscriptions start at $15.99 a month.

## What a coach does

A coach writes your first week and menu from its programme and your intake — goal, experience, training days, equipment, injuries, food allergies versus preferences, and how much you cook. After that it works on the same plan rather than producing new text each time: it rebuilds a travel week around a hotel gym, swaps an exercise for a sore knee and carries the change forward, re-portions the rest of the day when a meal is skipped, writes a deload week when you ask for one, and confirms every change in the chat.
